Delta 4 Heavy Live 2Pm

A United Launch Alliance Delta 4-Heavy rocket is scheduled to fly Thursday from Cape Canaveral, deploying a top-secret spy satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office. Liftoff is targeted for 1:59 p.m. EDT (1759 GMT).
