I may or may not be here to start the coffee next week. Might someone push the button next week if I don't make it? Thanks! .
We'll it looks like Fred didn't make the coffee this morning. I started a pot of Jamacan Me Crazy coffee (kinda caramely vanilla mocha) so pour yourself some and sit and enjoy the morning, I don't usually stay for breakfast but grab a sip here on Sat mornings so here it is. We had a young Lady from Japan stay with us this week and my wife and son just left to take her to JFK for the flight home. It's been a fun week. Well enjoy your day.

Great choice on the coffee BC. Good stuff, never had it before. Got a Volunteer Ambulance meeting this AM--other then that, I got nothing!! Enjoy the week-end people.

Anyone got some tin for a 1210?

I needed a double dose of coffee this morning. I WISH that nothing was going on. My David Brown 1210 after I lent it to a neighbor... The tin was suspect before this but now it is a disaster and it does not start and it's going to be too hot for this sensitive Hudson Valley boy to work on it. I think I will look out a local volunteer ambulance society and go hide.

So I coupled my Bombardier SW48 to the manure dump trailer and now I get a massive banging when I turn right --- hmmm. I should have stayed in bed. right track and left track labels reversed. I wish I lived next to Rob, he would know what to do. The nearest Bombi dealer is next to Pierres house.

Reached a new Milestone...
Officially retired as of today, yesterday ended 44 year career/saga. :D
Had been practicing for retirement for some years now anyhow, but it is the real deal starting now. ;)

I am joining my Dear ole Dad and older brother whom are previously retired from the same work as we continue to enjoy our common interests w/o being inconvienced w/ employment. :dancing:

Not saying the Mrs. will not have her itinerary preferences too. So much to do, best to not waste time. :out:

Afternoon everyone - I'm late again so I'll grab a coke out of the frig and sit a spell. Congrats McGiever, 44 years is a quite an accomplishment. We have cooler weather for the day. It's only topping out at 90*. That's lowest it's been in a week and the forecast low for next week. Today is the day to do any outside activities. It just so happens that I'd planned to power wash the house this morning. Actually, I didn't do much except pay for the rental power washer. The young couple who have been straying with us supplied the labor. Once we got the washer figured out it went fast and boy does the house look nice.

That gets the last remaining "nice to do thing" off my list for the summer. Next week the bus drivers start back to school with our yearly safety meeting and selection of bus routes; school actually starts Sep 6. Boy did the summer go by fast.

I'm off to return the power washer, I hope everyone had a great day. Take care, Lisa

Good Morning all, real late this week but left overs are fine if I can find any. Yesterday was busy for me, planted some cheap plants from Lowes so then decided it was still cool enough to start weeding everything I was putting off due to heat, the weeds finally won but I got some done along with some pruning. Hopefully I can get the grass done today since we have to make a quick trip to Pittsburgh to pick up the S in Ls dogs while she goes to Florida, (not hot enough here). So I end up with Briggs (future seeing eye dog) for him to get use to a male figure before he goes back to Mississippi for finale training & placement. So I'm gonna be busy training him for almost 2 weeks, I tend to think it's a way for my S in L to avoid being the one to send him off! Hope all have a safe & productive week. :)
