I believe the bulk pricing they sent out was for tractor trailer load quantities.

I bought a triaxle load last year and got that same ad mailed to me this year. Last years triaxle load in August was 150/ ton. I paid 34/ ton trucking to the other end of the state. 184/ ton delivered was a much better price than I could find locally. I used a little better than 1.5 tons last year. I should be in good shape for several years. I must add Lehigh is the best burning coal I have used, with less ash.

I was just there a 2 weeks ago and bought 5 ton of rice @$135 and 5 ton of buck @$120? Did you question them on price discrepancy? They were great to deal with and everything went very smoothly other than I didn't inform my bank that I would be traveling and using my credit card 500 miles away. A quick phone call and 30 minutes later all was good!

I contacted Lehigh today, they quoted $135/ton for truckload of 'nut.

I'm fairly new to coal, I bought 24 ton from Penn Keystone the first time. Is Lehigh a better grade? I have not yet heard from Penn Key about their price this year, but they are a little closer so I imagine I would save a couple bucks on the delivery fee.

not being in the area I don't know what product P.K. is selling but, I had access to Lehigh for 4 yrs. back in the 90's from a seller in Topeka, IN. and it was by far superior to all others I've used. excellent burn, high heat, low ash.

only been able to get Blashack bulk for the last 3 yrs, not even close.

pennkeystone is a broker they they buy from various breakers and shippers. I bought from them the first year and forget where it came from, but had no problems with them or burning the stuff. lehigh was also real easy to deal with and after burning them last year I am totally pleased. :D
