I sincerely wish I had the opportunity to attend. It would be fascinating to hear the mining stories, right from the horses mouth. Maybe another time. How was the turnout?

joeq,We've got a 10 page topic on the Meet-n-Greet that'll catch You right up,including pics ! I'm pretty sure that someone felt there was about 25 Folks in total, but to be honest with You,I was so blown away and tied up meeting All The Good Coal Folks that I think I blew the huge opportunity to have talked to them all ! For that,I'm truly ashamed ! I'm sure not a snob, but more the moronic type.

Now,on to Jack : Mister,You launched that whole day right out of the park ! 'Twas truly something to behold !

I promised Julie a Real Dinner, and trust me,taking her to La Casa de Holy Cow ! Italian Ristorante in Tamaqua was the right place to go ! I can Thank Dakota Guy for that one !

Regarding that Hospital Stay, they're a Real Thriller,eh? Here's hoping Your in better shape now ! I'll be in touch,Mister ! Thanx So Much, again !

Jack! Thanks for taking the time to make a day real special for all who came and more who have viewed the Meet & Greet thread. You are a lucky man to have such a huge heritage with the old mine. It shows in your pride when pointing out all the best stuff on the tour! Many thanks again and hope to see you soon. Sincerely, Scott

Hope things are well with you know Jack, I would have spent more time talking if dinner at the same place as HB wasn't calling. Come to think of it, you recommended the place!
Would like to have spent more at the museum to support the place, it was fascinating. Proudly wearing the tshirts around down here and telling everyone they should go check it out. Thanks again.

Kevin
