No we prefer it comes from the breaker, that is less we have to haul to stock. certain truckers don't want to go to the breaker due to losing time to drain water.sounds like it came from the stock pile. is that your standard practice unless otherwise requested?

I have had very good results dealing with Lehigh Coal and burning their product. Extremely nice people, helpful and takes the time to speak to you and answer any questions. When I called the woman to order she looked up my name and said, "You are one of our earliest customers, you're number 74."
Much like others here, I found it to be low ash and clean. The pea is very consistent in size.
I bought a load in 2013 and today received another 22 tons. Also, Leiby Trucking is top notch in my book. Very nice people as well. And the driver told me that Lehigh prides itself on having very clean coal as it is cleaned very well upon loading into truck. He also stated they are doing more and more residential bulk deliveries. Good to see that.
Pea coal: $120 a ton.
Delivery: $31 a ton.
$151 a ton delivered to Connecticut. Very pleased with that!

Depends on quantities message me ......
I picked up 4400 lbs of Lehigh nut from the breaker back on Sept 10. I fired up the stove for the season on Sunday. It is very nice coal, and I have already noticed the lesser ash content.
On the downside, my dump truck blew a head gasket the week after I hauled the coal!
