Nah, just seems silly. Me bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, if a particular brand is NOT good, now that's meaningful reading. Yes Lehigh puts out a real good quality as do a couple others. Just tryin to break the monotony. :)

I know you didn't mean anything. Was just wondering if you would bite too  I would love to read about bad coal but somehow just don't want to start a coal company bashing thread. I can say Lehigh has been good to me this year to the tune of 175 tons give or take. ;)

I just got a 22 ton load of nut for my friend. It is the cleanest I have seen ever. I get rice for myself and am completely happy.

Phil, I think you will have less ashes to deal with this year. I just made it 6 days on a single ash tub. I burned 200 lbs of coal in that time - with a lot of other coal in the past I could only burn 150 lbs before the tub was full.

The ash is a little "chunkier" than last year's Lehigh, but there is hardly any unburned coal in it.

Rob,
Those ashes are perfect! I've been burning coal for 20 years plus and I have to admit they are pure ash no slate no unburnt coal. Here is an example of the exact amount of air and feed.

Rob I am still burning from the load I got last fall 2015. That was the first lehigh I burned. You are 100% on the ash thing. My 700 seems to like the rice just as good as the buck. The rice also augers easier for me than the buck.
