Hey Phil! Did you get a truckload or do you pick it up yourself? I know you were a long time Calvin Lenig's user. How does it compare?

Scott
I send my truck to get it. I liked Cavins coal. The lehigh is more heat and less ash. I got a LL for the spare house it eats it just fine to.

Just wanted your opinion. You are one of the bigger users. Are you up to 20 tons per year Phil?

Picked up a load 2 weeks ago. This appears to be some really nice stuff!

It's different than the last stuff I got off them. This is all very white ash, nice complete burn and powdery ash. The stuff I got a year or 2 ago was a lot more red ash, didn't turn to powder like this stuff. I like the white ash much better.

Looks like you are the second biggest user here after Pacowy with 35 tons/year. Not bad Phil!

Thursday I stopped in at Haggerty Hardware in Cooperstown. When I called earlier in the week and asked if they had bags of Lehigh nut coal, they said yes. Got there only to find that all they had was Reading rice and nut. Yard guy said that Reading is all they've ever carried. Price sign in by the cash register only lists Reading. :(

Then Friday I tried General Property Maintenance in Clinton NY, which I had also called previously to confirm that they had bags of Lehigh nut. Lots of pallets of Lehigh rice, because they sell rice stoves, but no nut. They had some pallets of Reading and Blaschak in rice, nut, and stove. Gal called her boss and he didn't seem to remember ever getting Lehigh nut. :(

Two phone calls before hand, two trips, and no Lehigh nut ! :(

Matt, something is wrong with your shipping records.

Paul

Today I received in the mail a package from Lehigh Coal. Inside was a Christmas greeting, a screen/glasses cloth cleaner, a flashlight and a letter explaining the an upcoming retirement and new sales coordinator position info.

What a class act!!! Thank you very much Lehigh!

It's people like this that make a good business a great one.

Do you buy a few tractor trailer loads a year, or own stock in the Co.?
