I'm a coal burner, but a good friend has had to give up his 2007 Dutchwest Model 2478 due to a stroke. They replaced it with a propane remote control look-alike.

My question is in your experience here where is the best place to list it for someone who would appreciate a great wood stove? Does the wood forum here cover that?

It is complete, in excellent condition. I will have pictures to post also.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Craigslist.org is a good market ad for New England, and most of the Northeast, my opinion.
Cheers

Craigslist is a good place as others have said. I know some shops will sell it as a consignment as well, of course taking a little compensation. It might get a little more interested people to look at it.

Give it to some poor sole and take the deduction.

Seems to me that the stove is coming from a poor sole,he likely needs the $$. :)
