It seems to me that if I don't replace the grates on my magnum stoker at least every 2 years I have problems. Has anyone else with this stove experienced this?
Also does anyone know where I can get new gaskets for the door glass?
Magnum Stoker Grates
I have not had issues with replacing grates every two years. What is the problem that occurs if you don't replace them?
Around here the local pellet stove shop, wood stove shop, local hardware store and TSC carry stove gasket in all sizes, flat and round.

Develops clinckers on back side of grates and coal winds up pushing grates into ash box. This has happened twice now so I just replace the grates. They are cheap enough from stoves unlimited
Sounds like you might be burning too far back on the grates if you get clinkers developing there. You may want to increase your feed rate and/or air just a touch. How far open is the baffle plate on your combustion fan intake? What coal are you using, maybe is has clinker characteristics?
The only place I get any 'clinkers' or 'boogers' is in the air holes themselves and they clean out easily with a drill bit. I only do that at the end of each season.
