In preparation of installing this, I have a question. When connecting to my Chimney should I use a barometric damper? I have one but use a manual damper on my stove now.

with stoker stoves, you should not use a manual damper, a Baro Damper should always be used, unless it's a power vent, sometimes, you can't put a baro damper on the stove depending on the location of the power/direct vent.
I have a direct vent on my Keystoker, with no baro, but have a draft gauge to maintain proper draft. it also tells me when the ash is building up on the impeller of the direct vent.
Also, a draft gauge (manometer) should be used and baro/stove set up correctly to maintain .02-.04 draft on the stove.

That's what I thought. I bought a baro for my hand fired stove but was told not to use one, I already have a manometer installed so I know how to use one at least.
Really hoping to pick it up tomorrow.

Going tomorrow evening to pick it up! I'm going to go get a ton of rice coal tonight and all the supplies I need to hook it up.

I finally got it home and installed. Still have to hook up the manometer, put the doors on and attach to the duct work.
Question, where my pipe goes into my Chimney it doesn't fit snug and there is a gap around it, is it okay to stuff insulation around it until I get stove cement to seal it properly.

that will be fine on the insulation.
Also, make sure you level your Baro Damper for proper operation and adjusted properly.
Many of us use the Field Controls RC Baro Damper.

Good luck, and make sure you have a working CO detector(s). Looks good so far.

I didn't get the manometer hooked up tonight but I'll get that done tomorrow and get the baro set up correctly. I have a digital readout detector in the room with the stove plus detectors on the main floor. I got it up and running, I think the min feed rate is too low, it started to loose fire at idle

What Thermostat are you using?
The fire will only be about 1" or so at idle, kinda towards the back. if it's not burning all the time and/or going out, something is wrong.
Make sure you have good air flow from the combustion blower and the cover is closed, should be about 1/2-3/4 open, grate holes were all clean, etc...
Check the feed rate Screw that goes back and forth on the pusher block, typically turn all the way in Clockwise, and back out about 4 turns to start. make sure it's moving back and forth when it's calling for heat or on idle.
If you have the Intermatic Idle timer on the side/back of the unit, make sure you have 3-4 pins every 10 minutes. 1 pin = 15 secs approx.

I have the Coaltrol thermostat. It's idling okay, it was just getting pretty far back toward the stoker, but it never went out.

You can press and hold the far left button it has a (?) above it. Hold it until you see feed, use the up arrow button and set it to 10. This will have the stove feed max coal feed for 10 cycles. This will kick start your fire.

I have the min set at 10 and max at 85. It has been running at 98% feed rate for about 2 hrs now, my fire is about 2.5 to 3" back from the edge of the grate, shouldn't it be a little closer?
Other than that this thing is awesome, I know there isn't a huge heating demand right now, but I only went through maybe 20# of coal since yesterday morning.
