Also check the blower motor for the proper RPM's. We had an A.O. Smith motor here on a 520 EFM that was junk right out of the box. As soon as we hooked it up we had a very "lazy fire" and nearly had to max the air dampener out just to get a proper burn on a low feed setting. After we bolted on another new motor, we had more air than we knew what to do with. :idea:

Not saying that is your trouble, but it would only take a few hundred RPM's to make all the difference in the world. Might be worth looking at.
