Can't speak for the dual fuel version, but the KA6 stoker with Buckwheat anthracite is quite solid and simple to use and maintain. I have a natural draft chimney.

Stoker Coal Boiler: Keystoker KA-6

I have a KA-6 duel fuel boiler for 9 years and have had no problems other that the gasket leaking on the gear box. They sent me a new gasket and it was a easy fix. I also have an existing boiler and they both are piped together, different chimneys. I use the oil boiler for domestic hot water in the warmer months when we don't need heat.
My plumber told me not to use the coal boiler on oil because I would be maintaining 55 gallons of water vs maybe 12 gallons of water in the oil boiler. I now have a spare gun for the oil boiler.
EMF makes a good boiler too and I think it converts to oil easy, not like the KA-6. Maybe someone can share some info on the EMF.
Hope this helps.

Good boiler, and the most versatile out of the 3 you have inquired about.
