We didn't get the snow predicated - less than an inch but the forecast have been right on for the temperature. We are at 13 with a feels like 2. That's really rare for us. Thankfully, it's only for today and over night. Then we'll have below average but temps in the mid 20 to low 30s. It's been a weird winter.

Weird indeed. We are supposed to have cold weather for a few days, them up to 40 degrees by Thursday/Friday, and cold again on the weekend.

Mornin',
Southern N.H. has 2-3" of white powder. Not bad, but, it's cold!
Rob: "not a snowflake" You might want to consider renting that JD snowblower, it's doing such a good job. Probably pay for itself in a couple seasons!!!
Cheers

Only +5 degrees for the low here this morning.

Got the all grain batch of amber lager made and into the fermenter by 9:30 PM last night. The process took about 7 hours overall. It's been about 18 years since my last batch of beer, and I forgot how long it takes when crude and primitive equipment is being used.

Seeing 1 bubble every 2 minutes in the airlock so far. Fermenting at about 50 degrees, and they go slowly at that temperature.
