Hot Air Coal Stoker Furnace: Leisure Line Hearth with twin turbos (sounds like it)

There was talk of a new version of the firmware that would allow things like manual convection fan control, etc. Thought the time frame mentioned was May-June. Any updates on that?

It's coming very soon now. New products and product line changes, feature lists, upgrade and update service programs, pricing, etc. We're on track to announce in that time frame. :)

Thanks much. Can I assume that you'll have a trade-up or reflash program available for current users?

The thermostat update program is in place. Here's the steps:

1) Call us at 315-299-3589, request an RMA for thermostat update service. If paying by credit card we'll take payment information now, but won't charge until before we ship the thermostat back to you.
2) Send in the requested hardware along with RMA information and a check or money order if you are wanting to pay by those methods, shipping at your cost.
3) We'll update thermostat to latest shipping software. TS1 V1/2 will get updated to TS1 V3 if possible, may end up with a refurb TS2ES. TS2 V1/2 will get updated to TS2 V3.
4) If paying by credit card, we'll charge it now.
5) We ship it back, shipping at our cost.

Cost is $41.75. It is very important to call for an RMA first as there are some circumstances where we need the control box sent in too.

If there is other work desired (upgrade from TS2 V1/2 to TS2ES V3, add a set of dry contacts or igniter outlet to the control box, etc.) then that will be quoted separately.

Thanks.

Do you have a comprehensive list of what the update includes?

I'll be posting a complete listing of features tomorrow on a new thread and will link it here.

If you want the service update done then when you call for the RMA we'll be able to suggest when it would be good to send it based on current workload and how long it will take to get it sent back out once we receive it. The time will vary depending on work load, and how many RMAs are in line, etc. so I'm hesitant to provide a blanket turnaround time. We will absolutely do our best to get it updated and sent back as quickly as possible once we receive it.
