Jumping the TT terminals results in the stoker cycling to maintain the high limit.
E.g if the high limit was set at 180, the stoker turns on at 170, off at 180, and repeats.

UPDATE; Saturday I installed the new L4006B aquastat, it is set at 220. I also installed a relay to control the blower on the furnace, using the furnaces own power. On the relay I installed it holds open the contacts from the voltage of the TT on the boiler. When there is a call for heat, the voltage drops out, and closes the contacts on the relay, and that completes the circuit for the furnace fan. Works great! I fired up the boiler, started with the feed adjustment 6 turns out, and 3 pins every 10 min low limit at 160 hi at 180. Once the boiler was up to temp. I was able to check the operations of the triple aquastat. When there is a call for heat the stoker does run, unless the temp hits the 180 high limit, then it must hit the 160 low limit for it to reset, then the TT controls the stoker again. With the blower running continuous it still keep over shooting the 180, then it had to fall below 160. By then the fire is so small it has to fire long and hard to catch back up, when it did catch up the fan kept forging the fire and it would over shoot higher. I adjusted the coal feed rate, also the low limit to 165 so it would come on sooner, still to late. So I made the decision to wire the blower into the stoker, I also changed the pins in the timer 4 pins every 5 min. This change worked, by the end of the day Saturday I was down to 3 pins every 5 min. and I think the feed nut is about 10 turns out. (I forgot to count when I was backing it out) It has been running since Sat. and the water temp stays above 160 and below 182, draft is -03-04. (my chimney drafts -02 with no fire)
What I have now discovered is this little boiler likes to eat. I filled the hopper yesterday around 3:00 pm looks like I went through close to 40 lbs. by this morning. With the new 92% furnace and the price of propane, at this point it is cheaper to burn propane. I just had my 100 gallon tank filled, it was $1.18 a gallon! But it is running, and I am able to control it. Thank you everyone for your help!!!!

Your propane price is dirt cheap, especially for such a small tank. I assume your account volume is pretty high?
If your coal price is $300 per ton or more, you are correct that propane is probably the same or less expensive. At least you will be ready for the next spike in propane cost.

Rob I was very surprised at the price on my last fill, the one before was 2.29. I don't use much, but the company offers our church discount to members. I was worried how it would perform today, the temp. outside was 45. When I got home boiler temp. and house temp. were perfect.
Again thanks for all your input Garey
