what model is this?

Hello fellow burners! I am about to acquire a Harman stove that I have only seen in pics but I believe it is multi-fuel. Has a shaker, grates and bricks, but doesn't look anything like a mark 1,2, or 3. Older feller owed it and the data plate is lost to the ages. Upon opening the large glass door there are 2 posts or supports that seem to be for a plate to hold a coal bed. There is what I am guessing is a sliding air control on the door. Maybe for over fire air? Hopefully the image posts so I can get some opinions on what this is. The price was right so I couldn't pass it up. My home is a 1300sf bungalow with an open floorplan, and this is replacing a Century woodstove. Chimney exits through the ceiling and straight through the roof. Chimney is about 16ft tall. Any help is appreciated. Old Mill

Welcome.
I can honestly say that I've never seen a Harman stove like that before. I'm sure others have. It's a coal burner, I can see the grates. The two posts look like holders for a banking bar. When filling these stoves you slope the coal up towards the back, the banking bar allows a few extra inches of coal to be loaded in.
That stove will produce a lot of heat.

That is the model that the TLC 2000 replaced. Dual fuel stove. Coal and wood. The glass on the load door is oversized. The front may have 2 brackets to hold heavy louvers to protect the glass. The newer tlc2000 has the similar set up. I have seen these stoves on craigslist. I can't remember the model number. Seems like a nice stove.

Ok, found the data plate under the ash pan. It's a CW 30. A cursory search for replacement bricks netted zero results. Can I replace the fancy shmansy bricks with standard stove size bricks? Also there is some sort of wafer board between the bricks and the walls of the stove that I've never come across before. Is this material necessary or can the bricks be replaced without it. This must be Harmans bastard child because they have next nothing on information and parts for it. Overall this stove is very solid and could be very serviceable with some simple upgrades by using standardized parts. I'm sure I can get a ceramic glass cut for it. The upper da,per door handle is frozen but I'm pretty sure I can get it working. Grates are fine, shaker is fine. Ash pan is a bit twisted but nothing that can't be hammered out. Am I wasting my time with the bricks or should I just part this whole thing out? Doesn't seem to be too many out there. Oldmillburner

I have one of these good old stoves and am looking for a parts stove to keep mine going. Do you still have this stove?
