What kind of pipe to vent 8' out beyond an enclosed sunporch

For a Keystoker Bay 75. Will the power vent work with 3" insulated pellet pipe once it is outside or will more insulation and a pitch be needed? I would not want to vent back against the house under the porch even if I had clearance. Any legal ideas?
