Well,Well,Well !

Jack,You've done it once again,You Coaltown Holiday Storyteller You !! :notworthy:

I surely do remember the Kociancic Family next door to Us in Garfield Heights,Ohio back in the 60's. It seemed that the Mrs. and her two aging Daughters were the Queens of what We called "Poonchkies". Seems they were the best Home-Made doughnuts with some fabulous fillings ever made ! Mrs. K,her Daughters Josephine and Frances are unfortunately long gone from Us now.
However, the three of them have one little problem..... As long as I'm alive, they're forever three residents in my "Backpack Of Good Souls" ! :dancing: I'm so fortunate to be able to put that backpack on and take them All for a walk everyday !

Jack,Thanx for making this coming Easter just a little brighter

That story brought back memories of my Mom making homemade doughnuts. We use to help with cutting them out too! Thanks for re-kindling the memories Jack!

Thanks Jack. It is always nice to go back to the quieter and more simple times, even though they were not easy times, somehow they were better times, and you help to prove that with your remembrances. Mike
