You certainly have the evidence, I suppose the bag was just labeled Premium Coal. That might give an EFM indigestion.

I have about 200 bags of Premium Cornwall coal that I have had for 4 years without any sizing problems. It is rice but I wish I knew where it came from. The term premium gets to me

I'm sure he would save you the chunks if you ask nice. Hopefully they are just big pieces of coal and not rocks from the yard.

Either a screen is worn out at the breaker or someone is not cleaning the loader bucket or truck bed out when they hauled to the bagging plant. It has happened here, raking and sifting nut out of a 75-ton bin of rice is not a favorite pastime, but we did everything we could do to get it all by the time it reached the customers auger-bin.

Hope they find the culprit and get it remedied.

The term Premium is a real term, although over used....

I had a Cornwall bagged dealer call me and ask if they can become a dealer of our coal they said they have had a lot of complaints this year about the coal from there and don't want to lose their customers..

... that brings back memories. The loader guy operator would make sure to show me the bucket and then lift it up so I could see the bottom. Now I'm officially a keyboard warrior. :)

My AA swallows them and spits them out the bottom with the clinkers and ash, pays no attention. Don't believe they throw much heat though. ;)

Ive used 16 tons of Cornwall bulk rice delivered by Steve himself. Great coal, good price and excellent service. I found three pieces of nut in the bin, probably caught in the truck. My EFM dealer was correct to recommend a screen on the hopper.
