Heck , I have a few sets of coveralls standing up in the corner of the shop.

I'd let them go for $375 for the summer ones and $600 for the insulated ones. Even throw in a no smoking within 100' sign and a 10 lb ABC dry fire extinguisher.

Even crazier yet,.... there'll be people buying them.

Wonder if they also add that real work aroma, too ? You know, like a good layer of tar and sweat from sitting all day on hot roof nailing down shingles, or 80 year old sulfur-base gear oil stink from rebuilding old transmissions/rear axles,... or fresh manure from cleaning out the cow barn.

I had a young lad fascinated by my half worn out Red Wing work boots. Youngsters want to look like they work hard without actually working. I would love to sleep in until noon then wonder into the local saloon in the afternoon in my $400 dirty jeans and make up stories about how hard I worked. Where can I get stick on calluses for my hands?

The thing is.....they are not "correctly" dirty. No one gets dirt on their crotch or back pockets the way shown in the ad. Sheeesh! I'm with you guys.... we could wear pants one weekend and make out like fat rats on eBay. LOL

But what if the joke backfires and you are forced to sell your "authentic one of a kind" jeans for just a few hundred dollars. Whatever will you do?

You aren't the first to think about jumping on the band wagon. Here is a link to one of many sellers with the same idea. :D
