That's a good idea. What kind of bags work well for this? Where can I get 50 or so? Will the breakers allow me to do this? I havent been to one of the sites before. I can work fast thats not a problem. What are the directions for the highest quality coal off 81 for a decent price that will sell a ton at a time?

Look on line for sand bags. 22x34" or something like that. You only pay for as much coal as you take. You weigh the vehicle, load the coal then weigh the vehicle. You pay for fractional amounts like 53/80 ths of a ton.Check out the superior or UAE threads ther are others close to the highway. Pm member coal berner for directions. good luck! :) Scott

Take 17 east to 81 south. Head in to PA. Coal Berner has some links to the breakers on this thread.

Bagged is going to be double or more no matter where you get it even here, you have to purchase in bulk if you want to save money. Just to add I don't think Superior has bagged coal.

Yep and if you got it at the coal breaker's down here bulk loose you would of paid 6.50 Per hundred to 7.00 per hundred
lbs 130.00 a ton to 140.00 a ton ;) also looks like a good place to put a outside coal bin with a hinge top of course and
a gelatine door on the side

Agreed but I'm pretty far away & once you add in the transportation charges vs the convenience I'm still a happy man! :D
