Calm down, let's not do anything hasty. I don't think installing a DF520 will help your situation, the Hi Boy is a better boiler, the stoker is basically the same.
Do you have a draft gauge and what are your aquastat and timer settings?
Most likely, you are loosing your draft in the hot humid weather. This can be compounded by having no heat load causing skipped timer cycles due to boiler temp at the high limit.
If you spread your HI and LO limit, say, LO = 140 and Hi = 180, you can decrease the chance of missing timer cycles. Run at least 2 minutes every 30 minutes on the timer.

If you still have problems, I would back the LO limit down to 150 or 160. I would also back the air down between 4 and 4.5.

I am surprised you are not having more issues. Your aquastat settings are too close to one another, the feed is too low, and the timer setting is too short.
Set the stoker at 4 teeth and 4.5 air. Adjust the rest as follows:
160 low
200 High
10 diff.
2 minutes every half hour on the timer.
