This is why I have decided to vote for obama.

Hero or Zero
You can vote for a Hero (John McCain) or a Zero (Barack Obama) who has no accomplishments. The choice is clear. Vote John McCain for President in 2008.
It's very clear....Obama is a lawyer married to a b!%ch who is also a lawyer....
McCain is a hero married to a gorgeous blonde who is worth 120 million and owns a beer distributorship....

Wasn't marrying a rich woman one of the disqualifiers last election? Or does that "elitist" thing only apply to Democrats?

How the party that spent time, effort, taxpayer $$$ convicting BillyC of getting some action, and condemning the "moral downfall of America", can nominate someone who cheated on their wife is mind boggling. Last I checked that's called hypocrisy.

I found this little article amusing and insightful.

The McCain campaign plane is better than Obama's, which is cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time. Somehow the McCain folks manage to keep their charter clean, even where the press is seated.

Maybe a front-running campaign like Obama's that is focused solely on victory doesn't have the time to do the mundane things like print up schedules or attend to the needs of reporters.

But in politics, everything that goes around comes around.

About six months ago, I started thinking "where did the money come from for Obama?" I have four daughters who went to College, and we were middle class, and money was tight. We (including my girls) worked hard and there were lots of student loans. I started looking into Obama's life.

real estate developer in Chicago. Rezko has been convicted of fraud

In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago
Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing
Obama with "seed money" for his U.S. Senate race. In 2005, Obama
purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million
(less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he
get the money for the property? On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita,
purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times
reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born billionaire, loaned Rezko
$3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett was

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported that Robert Malley, advisor to Obama, was "sacked" after the press found out he was having regular contacts with "Hamas," which controls Gaza (remember the campaign contributions his campaign tried to hide under the state of Ga. which really were from the Gaza Strip) and is connected with Iran. http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/08/ ... s_sil.html This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will "take care of things." Basically what he said was don't make any deals with the current president but wait until the new president is elected; he also spoke to a high ranking military official and ask him not to make any major decisions about the war until the new president is elected. I wonder who he thought that was going to be?

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in
Pakistan? They are in charge of all those "small" Internet campaign

East? (Like the aforementioned Gaza Strip where it is documented

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times
posted a verbal slip that was made on "This Week" with George
Stephanopoulos. Obama, talking about his religion said, "My Muslim

As so many have pointed out out, this election is not and should not be a referendum on George Bush. McCain is clearly not Bush any more than Obama is Ayers. Further, Bush's failings cannot be primarily tied to his conservative credentials, but rather his ABSENCE of them. As for McCain, we pretty much know who he is, what he wants, and what he will do. He is, by wide account, a centrist Republican with a long history of working both sides of the aisle.

Obama is far more ethereal. He is depending on a landslide victory to give him his mandate for "change". Working with Republicans is not a major part of his plan. Your best opportunity to surmise his philosophy is to read his books. Make no mistake, regardless of rancor, associations, or history: this guy is a Socialist.

So, for me, the paramount question for me is the direction each candidate wants to take America. Where McCain's ideas of change are more like evolution, Obama's are more like revolution. I personally favor retaining the vestiges of civil tradition that have made America great in its own right. And, unique in the world. The Socialist agenda is nothing new. And, while I appreciate its allure, we don't have to look far or wide to see what it is or does. Look across Europe.

So, despite my frustrations with McCain (there are many), he is my choice. Likewise, if you believe that America is better than it is bad, that we are a greater force good in the world, and that more is right with America than wrong, then he should be your choice too.

Please point out specific major differences that John McCain has with GW Bush in terms of:

1. Iraq
2. Nuclear proliferation
3. Talking to your enemies(like kennedy talked with Kruschev, Reagan talked with Gobachov or Nixon talked with Moao

Gregg has some very valid points. I said in our "last debate" over this that I believed Obama was a terrorist in the fact that he doesn't follow or believe in American principles, but now I'm thinking he really is a terrorist.
One question for anyone who knows. I know it was mentioned a while back that Obama refused to procure his birth certificate proving he was born in America (you can not run for that office until you prove this which should have nullified him then). Has he come up with it as of yet? I haven't heard if he did or not. Just curious.

(I think, since 9/11, the commonly accepted view of a terrorist is along the lines of......a murderous, & often suicidal madman bent on killing innocent American citizens & causing as much destruction as he/she can.

1. Is Obama a member of Al Quieda?
2. Is Joe Biden an accomplice in this attack plans on the United States?
3. What is your belief involving Obama's attack plans? (be as specific as you can)
4. Who else is involved? (terrorist rarely work alone, unless they are suicide bombers)
5. Does Obama have to be elected President to carry out his attack?
6. How long after a President Obama is elected can we expect his attack?
7. Do we citizens owe John McCain a debt of gratitude for pointing out the genuine threat to our national security that B. Obama poses to this country, since the McCain campaign is the only group that has figured out Obama's true identity & plans?
8. Why hasn't our FBI arrested him? (Obama)...Has his gang infiltrated the FBI itself?
9. Is B. Obama prepared to kill his own wife & children in an attack?
10. Why does he hate our country so much?

I think you need to stop asking all these irrational questions and just ask yourself...why?
Why are you so hot on this and it seems to bother you so much.
These are opinions we have all based on what we see and believe to be true. Somethings I can't rationalize and just have a "gut feeling" about. Everyone is different.
I am not going to answer a bunch of ludicrous questions.

I'll have to answer you by stating my opinion:

I am "Hot" on this because I truly believe that what the McCain campaign is doing is the most hateful, Un-American, desperate & "Country Last" form of hate & fear mongering I have ever seen in almost 62 years of life in this country.

This is so far beyond dirty politics that, if it can be later proven the intention was to create fear & panic in the U.S. by stretching the truth... in my opinion .... borders on TREASON!..... To have such little regard for your country that you are willing to foment anarchy in the streets rather than lose an election is despicable & inexcusable.
