Good question Scott.

I'll have to answer you by stating my opinion:

I am "Hot" on this because I truly believe that what the McCain campaign is doing is the most hateful, Un-American, desperate & "Country Last" form of hate & fear mongering I have ever seen in almost 62 years of life in this country.

This is so far beyond dirty politics that, if it can be later proven the intention was to create fear & panic in the U.S. by stretching the truth... in my opinion .... borders on TREASON!..... To have such little regard for your country that you are willing to foment anarchy in the streets rather than lose an election is despicable & inexcusable.
That's why!

Dev, I think McCain is trying to save America from electing an Al Quiada 'mole' into the Presidency... That's how scary Obama's 'past' is..
He 'slips' and says 'my Muslim faith'
He can't or won't tell the truth about his past. It's all smoke and inuendo
He's a total mystery.. read my above post and look at the links..

God help us if this Middle Eastern Terrorsist-Socialist gets elected.. I just hope Congress doesn't get the wool pulled over thier eyes like the dupes in the voting public.. ignorant and duped by his 'silver tongue'

I couldn't agree more with you, Greg. If the "messiah" gets elected I'll remember everyone who told me they're voting for that bum, and when times get tough I'll remind them of who they voted for. Some of the people who support him don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground ... and if they did, they'd deny their a$$ and settle for the hole in the ground

God help us all ... it's going to be a rough ride.

You can change your vote on this one. Select a different option and hit submit, I purposely did that when I set it up.

Dems take care of the little guy Reps take care of the big money guys. Lets do a gross income poll. Cant figure out why so many rich guys are fooling around with coal. The middle class is almost gone in this country and big business and the Reps. are to blame. Just remember Warren Buffit pays 17% tax, Joe six pack pays 30%+ He even says it wrong in a interveiw. I bet theres alot of rich Reps. mad at him for letting the cat out of the bag on that one.

Just like in the last few elections, the choice at hand does NOT involve voting for the best man/person for the job, but the better of the two idiots placed in front of us. I hate to say it, but I voted for Bush. Why you might ask, because I felt then and still feel now that he was the better idiot. (he works hard to prove me right as often as he can  ) Kinda makes your stomach turn a little when you think about it like that, huh.

Mark

The best president we could get would be the person that does not want the job, but would do it to the best of his/her ability if elected.

Why don’t hear any those Republican talking about their Great Plan” to do away with Social Security The failure of Republicanism and let people invest it in stock market now.

Are you better off today then you were 8 years ago. I want a guy in the White with no experience they cannot do any worst to us then has been under the Republicans watch. And don’t even try to deflect the blame because when things were supposedly good they took all the credit. And globalization sucks.. Buy American is where we should be, so all you Republican eat you BMWs and Hondas. And remember when you said I do what is best for me when you bought it. And one more thing this bailout of the financial market is truly Socialism I guess all Republicans are Socialist NOW!!!!

Energy Manager wrote "I want a guy in the White with no experience"

I know what you are saying, but I don't believe that's exactly the answer.
I wanted Romney, but that can't happen. I always wanted the businessman versus the politician. Politicians are all locked into their positions and have too many favors and promises they have to keep to fellow politicians. I was hoping for a clean slate this year. Obama is too new to have some of those traits (kind of, he did get to be a senator somehow).

I was looking for a candidate with leadership skills, economic skills and the like.

In the end, they are all talk. The Presidents hands are somewhat tied anyway. They can't do whatever they want. He is, in fact, a representative of the people. They just spout off what they want to get votes.

Unfortunately you will get your wish. Your getting the guy with no experience!

Devil,
You beat me too it. :D I was just going to change "unfortunately" to "like it or not".
It's an opinion. I don't want it to look like anything else.
As far as the 2, I'd take the cancer. I know what I have and I can fight it. I'm a survivor.
Can't take chances.

Good luck in the election everyone. Vote you convictions and you will never go wrong. You still have to sleep with yourself in the end. :)
