I'm new & have a question or two.

I've read many of the postings and got lots of good information. I now have a couple of questions.

I was just given an old manual German stove (Olsberg) with 200 pounds of coal (pea or nut, not sure) - a good start. I hooked it up a couple of days ago and it works great. Has any heard of and/or used one of these?

I'm a bit out of the area - SW Connecticut - and was wondering if anyone knew of any coal suppliers in this area. In addition, I'm often around Newark, NJ (a warehouse) and could truck the coal back home if it were bagged. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

One of the rules for using this forum is that I don't want suppliers mentioned. Sorry, that question will have to go unanswered..

In addition, are you saying that noone will offer a suggestion for a reputable supplier of coal in Connecticut?

Is what I'm referring too... I don't want any suplliers mentioned by name for any reason. I'm sure if someone can answer your question about your stove they will.
