Just picked up a ton and a half of nut coal from Shaffers Coal in Carlisle Pa and paid 291, or 194 per ton. That seems reasonable to me.

Just Ordered 5 tons of nut @ $199 per ton, delivered with $20 delivery charge due to distance (about 25 miles). Country Meadows Coal (Honey Brook, Chester County, PA). Phone: 610 273-1257.

Their Supplier is Centralia Coal Company. Trying to figure out what mine--I believe Centralia buys from Harmony, which IIRC just announced closure. The price is same as before announced mine closure.
