What is the price at UAE right now? It is about 300 a ton bagged up here in NH. I am heading down there next week (finally) and would like to try it out. I know it has been posted hundreds of times but what is the address/directions there off I81? It is hard to find these places outside of this site.

I went to the Greenwood Breaker/Lehigh Coal & Navigation Co today for Pea coal the price was $160.00/ton. The attendant said today’s Pea had a 9% ash content. I am sure the posted prices for different sizes of coal were all $160.00/ton. If you have any questions you can call the “scale house” at 570 645-3736, the breaker is located between Tamaqua and Coaldale on RT. 209. Hours roughly 5 AM – 3 or 4 PM.

Just had 2 ton of Rice delivered last week @ $175.00 per ton from
Premium Fine Coal in Clamtown (S. Tamaqua, PA).
Been using their coal for 2 years now in my EFM AP-520 with no problems.
Don't know if they have a bagging line, but anyone interested could
call them at 1-877-386-4987 or 570-386-4987 :)

Just got a return call in southeastern PA. Does $305 a ton for Blaschak (rice 40 lb bagged) seem high?

I have 2 options on the table:

3 Ton Reading Rice 40lb bagged - 265 ton / $100 Delivery charge $895 total
or

3 Ton Blaschak Rice 40lb bagged - 305 ton / $75 delviery charge $990 total

Is blaschak worth the extra $100?

Red hill supply near newport, pa has calvin lenig for $205, no delivery avail, and no bagging. You pickup and/or you can bag yourself there. They do dump trailer rental for pretty reasonable, I'm thinking of doing this. I'll post contact info later. Directions are off of 322 newport exit head west, then a right onto west shortcut road, then about a half mile on the right. I haven't burned the coal yet.
