There are lots of previous threads you can research on the Keystoker. The added water volume of the KA-6 may require another or a bigger expansion tank. Follow Keystoker's directions for the installation and the initial setup of the stoker and timer. After installation make small feed and timer adjustments only if needed. The biggest mistake I believe folks make with this unit is making too big an adjustment and not giving it enough time to take effect. You must be very patient and methodical in your fine tuning. Make minimum adjustments and give them at least 12 hours (24 is better) to see any effect. You should not have to deviate much from Keystoker's base settings.
Good luck! Also, there is a wealth of info on KA-6s and KAA-2 buried in this forum. Do some searches and you should find lots of reading.
