Last night , while listening to a talk radio station there was a segment called "Open Lines". A fellow called in and said he was from Penna and claimed that the Governor of the state was shutting down and getting control of the smaller coal mines. He said the coal was going to be used to make transportation fuel. It was a very short and sketchy conversation. I am uncertain as to what he was really saying but the "higher prices right here"sign started flashing in my head. How about the real story from some one of us that has some working knowledge as to what if anything is truly happening in my good ol'Penna. Regards, Mike
