I was at schuylkill coal today rice was $140 a ton . They told me they were shut down for repairs for almost a week and today was the first day back up and running. we got our first ton no problem, an 2 hours later we had to wait almost an hour because they were filling tractor trailers and said they were contracts and had to be filled because of the shutdown ect. in the meantime the owner talked to me and said the samples they were burning were really nice and he was pleased. Earlier today I was at harmony and they are only letting you take 2 tons a week max, I took today off to get coal so I ended up getting my remainder at Schuylkill coal. Also they told me someone came from out of state to get a larger size and they were out, then they called around other breakers and another was out one was shutdown and they couldnt help them so call ahead make sure they have what you want. hope this helps you out. Schuylkill coal phone # 570-875-3123
