Base Insulation

I'm looking for some information regarding the one inch "Targetwall" insulation for the base of the 520 boiler. Mine is missing all three pieces that go in the base. Does anyone know the dimensions with cut outs? Does anyone have any photos of the inside of the base to show this? Thanks!

You only need it if you have the DF 520 with the Oil gun on it If you are just buring coal No need for it EFM will have what
your looking for

This is the one that has the oil burner on the side, not that i ever plan on using it at current oil prices. This boiler did have the insulation at one time. The insulation was removed when it was taken out of a basement due to it being wet.

Well if you are not going to use the oil gun then don't worry about You will have to cut out for the Auger tube and the air
tube are the 6 nails still in the base two for each piece you will need the 6 metel Sq tabs to hold the Pieces onto the nailes

The one that is in the front above the ash door is 9 1/4 " x 23 1/2 " 3/4 "thick
The other two one on each side is 12 x 23 1/2 "x 3/4' thick
