Flint is my closest city of any size.. and I have to admit, the look... 'Sagging' better known a 'Jailing' came from the guys in jail whose belt was taken away when they were brought into jail. So they couldn't keep their pants up.. It became 'cool' so show the same 'fashon' once out of jail and on the street again.

I guess being in jail is cool.. ???

Flint is a disaster, so much unemployement caused by General Motors pulling allmost all of it's plants out of the city and state,, along with the rest of the 'rust belt' economic mess Michigan is in..

Persoanlly I think they like idiots but they have a right to look like idiots. Don't the police have anything better to do that enforcing laws about clothing?

Here's some reasons why this is so stupid. Most of these kids are wearing boxers when i see them which technically could be deemed shorts. Just to add would it be illegal if they were wearing a pair of speedos? ROFL....

About a month ago I took my elderly mother grocery shopping. As we walked down one aisle we followed a kid (looked to be in his twenties) with the sagging trousers, the brown stain clearly visible on his boxers  . I had to turn mom around and go the other way to keep her from saying something loud enough to get us into trouble :shh:.

I don't care, if someone wants to look like a moron it's up to them. Having said that, I would like to see one of them running from the police and loose their grip on their trousers  .

No shirt no shoes no service, pants down around your ass with your boxers showing, who cares. Once when my grandfather chastised me for something I was wearing (I don't recall) my grandmother reminded him of his missguided youth and a certain pair of skin tight white pants he had. Seems they were the rage at the time probably in the 19 teens. Fads come and go, then there was this pair of bell bottom grey slacks and a black shirt and tie that I had but that is another story

My daughter had a boyfriend who looked like Baby Huey who wore his pants like that. The ends of his pant legs dragged on the ground and were all shredded. When it really annoyed me or I had too much beer I would tell him to pull his pants up, he looked like an idiot. I got tired of looking at his drawers.

The funniest thing is to watch one of these guys try to run, especially after their pants fall down around their ankles.
