In June I went looking for a Harman Mark II. I found a stove store that had one in stock, thier list; $1590.00 (old price less tax) with the black door and $1900.00 (old price less tax) with a gold door. (The gold door makes for a great looking stove.) Since my needs were more utilitarian and because thats what they had in stock I got the black door. They told me I scated under the 15% price increase because it was in stock and frankly I could'nt pay for it fast enough. I posted these prices because it is nearly impossible to to get list prices or mfg suggested price on line to do any kind of comparitive shopping based on price. (One of MANY important considerations in selecting a stove.) FYI

Looking forward to a warm winter!
I'm a happy man!

Just bought in July a Mark II with the brass door in a stove shop close to the Vermont border for 1761.00 ( picked up ) which included the tax.....It took me quite awhile ( lots of phone calls ) to find a shop that had this stove in stock,,,,this was the last one...I would guess there isn't one anyware in New England available at this point.
