Saw "Eagles" Concert Last Night

I took my wife & youngest daughter (28) to the Fleet Center in Boston last night to see my all time favorite group.....The Eagles!


What a great show!! They could play for 3 straight days & still not play all of their hits!
We paid almost $60.00 per seat to sit...basically on the roof & my wife has a terrible fear of heights, so it wasn't fun getting to & from our seats....but it was worth it! (While my wife has a terrible fear of heights, as you all know I have the same fear of Republicans ...........but none are allowed into Massachusetts so I feel safe! )


Anyway....A great show!

I had tickets for a show here a few years back, I had half way decent seats too. Second tier but they were center seats in the front of the second tier. Actually where I'd want to be. Me and my GF broke up in the meantime so I gave them to my brother's brother-in-law who just got back from Iraq. Felt good doing it but damn I wanted to see that show.

If you try for front row seats at any of those concerts you're going to be in for sticker shock. I think the front row ones for here were in the $400 range and that was 3 or 4 years ago.

I know. The Eagles concerts are great but they aren't cheap! We saw them 3 years ago & wrangled better seats (on the stadium floor) when a security guy saw my wife's panicked face entering the top tier....He gave us courtesy seats below!
(tried the same thing last night but it didn't work )
The daughter we took last night goes to allot of concerts & was given free tickets to a Doobie Bros/Chicago concert at an open air venue called the "Tweeter Center" , just south west of Boston about 6 years ago. She couldn't go so we used them. Good concert but The Doobies were sans Michael McDonald & they lose allot without him.
Can't complain about the price though!
