We're baccccccccck! A bit rainy, but all in all not a bad week at all. Lot's of cribbage & dice. Blow giant bubbles, Food cooked on open fire. If you want a bath, there's the pond.

Here's a few pics. In one week the baby loon went from only eating what Mom gave him to diving for his own fish.
Is this a fiddlehead? LOL

The title scared me too! Coming back, browsing, I saw "Goodbye" and thought "Oh no, who's that? :)

The moose is in the freezer, where's my coal?

I said it was in the freezer..... I didn't say it was dead! ;)

Do you really like moose and want some? It's OK, but not my favorite....although for wild beef type meat it probably is my favorite. Certainly each year some lands on my plate for one reason or another. If you seriously want some I can keep my ear to the ground, although it's not often I hear of it for sale.

I'm working on the boiler. I bought a 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" reducing coupling the day before vacation. One thing at a time! I also found out that 1 1/4" black iron is way cheaper than 1 1/4" copper! Black iron is half the price of copper! Crazy.
