got alot of new parts, roller, seals, etc. cleaned up alot of the rust, painted it and built a new and larger bin. all I got to do now is plumb it in. thanks for all the advice. this forum is great! :D
attached a few pics. wish I had some before pix too. because this boiler looked pretty rough when I started.

actually it is painted silver. was mostly rust...haha
