Our local porter is Benchwarmer brewed by the Cooperstown Brewing Co. In my opinion it is heads and tails over any other. I have only had it on draught. It is extremely smooth, flavorful, no after taste and quite potent.

It's a microbrew. Chances are high you won't find it except in specialty beer shops and ale houses

WHAT!!!! Mike, Dude, what's up with that?!!!  Are you a commie or something?

To me, nothing sounds better than when you sit down in a bar or restaurant and you ask "What's on tap?" and their first response is "Lager..."

You know you're in Pennsylvania when ....you ask for a Lager and they bring you a Yuengling.

Schaefer...Schaefer IS THE one beer to have when you’re having more than one… I remember they had a brewery just west
of Allentown (Fogelsville area), they were bought out I believe by Stroh's, now I believe that brewery belongs to Sam Adam's....of the three, I'd pay 3 times the amount and take a Sammy anyday.

In 2005, Drinks Americas of Wilton Ct., whose iconic brands include Trump Vodka and Dr. Dre Cognac, purchased Rheingold Brewing.[10]Drinks Americas has reformulated the Rheingold product for follow through distribution throughout the US. The date of the release is currently unknown.

I shall keep my eyes open while shopping... ...however I guess "reformulated" means "not the way it used to be".

That was and is the universal brewery ever one brewed out of there at one time or another Pabst blue ribbon was in there to also Yuengling use it to until they built the new brewery at mill creek outside of Pottsville PA

I had about 20 Coors lights at my buddy's kids birthday bash last night. Feeling a little tired today

Drink 20 K. Bourbon barrels and be indoctrinated into the beer drinkers Hall of Fame - or be carried out on a stretcher. Be warned in MA the coroners charge extra to sew smiles off your face.

Yuengling Black and Tan or Porter are great. Yuengling Lager is just OK. I have to keep checking them out frequently to make sure they remain good.

I have found that the Lager is very different if you pour it into a frosty mug, YUM! I like the Chesterfield ale too. The Bock they made a couple of years ago was very hoppy, but good, just different than most other Bocks.

I wish they would sell the stuff in KY.
