Stovepipe ;)
I used 8 in. galvanized stovepipe on my E F M stoker boiler for 46 years.
In all that time I had to put on 2 new elbows.
If you are running a stove and it burns the galvanized pipe 99% of your heat is going out the chimney. :o
The only way a stovepipe will last more than one year is to have it on a stoker running 24/7 that will keep the moisture out and the pipe will not rust. Art52

316L stainless pipe is the way to go, especially burning coal. I used regular black stove pipe for a coal burner and the stuff was shot after 2 seasons. I bought stainless pipe that is actually used to reline a chimney. It's holding up great. I got mine from http://www.chimneylinerdepot.com. They make it right here in PA. It's got a nice laser welded seam on it too. Very good quality stuff.
