Keystoker Survey
I placed my order through the dealer on 5/14 boiler arrived on 6/23, 6 weeks just like they told me. But that was rite at the start of this mad rush for stoves and boilers. I almost went with the Harman vf3000, glad I didn't i'd still be waiting, my KA-6 is installed and making hot water ready for the cold to come.

We fell into some dumb luck.
We ordered our Koker on 4/17/08 and told the dealer "no hurry, we don't need it until October." He went ahead and ordered it right away anyhow. We had it installed 6/27/08. It could have been sooner but there was no reason to rush.
We didn't hear about the huge jump in orders and lead time until about the time we had it installed. The dealer must have known something was up because while he was putting ours in he told me he had gone already ahead and ordered 12 more and was going to follow that with another order for 12. He's a relatively new dealer, still pretty small, so for him, that was a very aggressive response to what he was seeing in the market.
I'm usually on the back side of trends so I feel real lucky this time!

Ordered a KA-6 on June 2, through a dealer. I called Keystoker and they told me 12 weeks. The time has come. I called my dealer a few days ago and he told me to be patient. I'm eighth on his list! I hope I get it before November. He seems confident that I will.

Now this should make everyone feel good about your waiting period.I ordered a Kaa2 in the beginning of August [I know,I know] . It was ordered thru the local dealer. I was told February or March 2009. The good news is that there will not be a feeling of urgency to rush and get it installed at that point. I can do the installation at my leisure and get the spring onions planted first!!! Sometimes it is not good to rush because from what little I know, it is always the second mouse that gets the cheese. Regards, Mike
I spoke to Keystoker this morning. They just started working on May orders last week and that will take 1 1/2 months to fill alone. I am a late July order and she told me maybe late November for my koker 160 but she said they are so backordered that she would not count on that. So, we all sit and wait. I'll check back with them in November again and leave them alone...sounds crazy over there! Stress levels must be high for sure!

Was told 12 weeks by Keystoker. That has come and gone. Just got off the phone with my dealer. He said that he will get the rest of his May orders in October. I'll probably get mine in November. 8-10 weeks late. At least I'll get it this year.
