As an insurance agent I can tell you 2 entries into one flu is not insurable unless the agent decides to bend the rules, regardless as to when they were installed. Then, if you have a claim, they probably will pay it then cancel you immediately after.

The bolts should be fine freddy. It is also secured to the side of the house correct? If so you should be fine.
