I have a L6006A high limit aquastat that shuts the boiler down if the temp hits 230. It opens a set of terminals to make that happen. At the same time it closes another set of terminals. Is that closing set of terminals what I'd use to turn on a circulator to a baseboard? The wiring diagram that comes with the boiler does not show a dump zone. Or.. with the Axeman Anderson is this something that I just do not need?

Freddy,
The set of contacts that make (close) when the temp rises past the setpoint is where you want to tie your pump to. Once the setpoint is exceeded the pump comes on and blows off the excess heat. When the temp comes down the contacts then open and the pump shuts off.
