Hard to tell from the picture but it looks like you can see the teeth on the bottom jaw.
Without the other beside it I can't tell if the snout is rounded or not. I first thought it had a rounded snout (gator) but now I see many teeth.

edit: I'am voting croc.

It is a 'gator, a crock would have a narrow, longer and pointed snout, this one is broad and flat
