The problem with Biden is NOT Biden. The problem with Biden are the voters who've re-elected him time and time again ! They're the problem not Biden or any other long-term incumbent politician. The problem lies with apathetic and ignorant voters. When the electorate decides they're going to do something about the cranial-rectal inversion they suffer from then, and only then, will we see a change in the leadership in this country, in your state , in your community !
Vote for the new guy or gal....give him/her a chance. And if they don't do as the electorate wants the first time around get rid of him ! They'll soon get the message.
Remember....the problem isn't Biden...it's "YOU" !

I live in Bucks county. It is one of the biggest battleground counties in the state. That is why both candidates are always here. Biden was at my son's school but did not get to see him. He wanted to bring his nobama keep the change shirt, But they wouldnt let any students in the auditorium.Richard S. wrote:It's the population centers in and near Philly and Pitt where he's winning. If the electoral college went by counties he'd lose by massive margin. Most of PA is rural. He's another double talker, he doesn't mind dropping the fact he grew up here in "Hard coal" country and knows miners....
Hold the presses, now Biden is for clean coal.
"Campaigning in Pennsylvania coal country on Thursday, the Democratic vice presidential nominee said the government should steer more money to clean coal — a term used to describe a variety of emerging technologies that burn coal for electricity without producing as much pollution.
"I am for clean coal," he told The Associated Press following a speech in Wilkes-Barre."
Tell'em what they want to hear Joe.

What a bone head!!!!! I'm from south west Pa. and I work for the largest underground coal miner in the nation. That would be CNX. These idiots in Wash. talk about energy independence from imported oil. Hitler powered his army with diesel made from coal nearly 70 years ago. South Africa makes all of their diesel from coal today, they inport no oil. Thats right, no oil. It truely amazes me that our nation cannot come up with a comprehensive energy plan that works. We have more coal that any other Nation in the world yet they turn their backs on it. John McCain visited with us 3 weeks ago and we told him that 51% on our countries electricity is generated from coal, he answered that he never new that. He turned to his aid and ask him, "did you know that". The answer from his aid was no. McCain instucted his aid to write it down. Currently we burn 3 times the amount of coal we did in 1970 yet our imissions are down 70%. Demand for electricity increases 1% annually. We as voters need to get the message to these people in Washington what we want. Coal is cheap and plentiful. We don't have to give a bunch of money to some middle east country that does not like us. I want clean air and clean water. Coal can be used cleanly. Lets make a difference. Lets not just bitch about it to each other on line. Think about the process. Write your representative a letter and tell him what you think. And then vote, thats right VOTE. Most of us on this site live in coal states. Tell your Rep support clean coal for energy independance or we will vote their sorry butts out of office!!!! Obama is from the land of Lincoln. Guess what??? Thats a coal state!! He turned his his back on his own district. I think that all the environmentalist should get together and call the electric company and say we don't want anymore. Shut off their computers, TVs, Hot water heaters. All those wonderful things we take for granted. Let them all get together and freeze in the dark.
NICE post... I am glad to see McCain take an interest with his visit.Captain Michael wrote:What a bone head!!!!! CM, the only problem is the country is run by big oil, a clean burning power plant was never the issue, it was the ones that were told 30 years or more ago to either clean up or this day was coming. Now that it's finally here it somehow came as a shock. It's my understanding that the coal to gas process is rather costly, as anything else if they do it on a small scale & get it perfected it might become a reality. The problems I see with big coal is big coal themselves, & it all stems from money they destroy & keep on going, I drove a truck down route 70 about two in the AM after CONSOL had undermined the highway & it dropped a good bit, talk about a wake up & the Gov. ended up fixing & paying. That's not even getting into the private property, water tables & mountain tops that they have destroyed.
