What Do You Run Your Baro at?

- Coal Size/Type: Rice and Chestnut
- Other Heating: Fisher Fireplace Insert
Last year I held the baro closed and opened the ash door. When the Man-O-Meter got to -.12" the pipes started to smoke and I started hearing a roaring sound. That's when I got scared and let go of the baro and shut the ash door. Tall chimney here too.

BB, I think he meant the ash door on the appliance not the cleanout on the chimney.

Yes, the ash door on the Harman, not the cleanout on the chimney.
Ian, remember when I first found this forum and I thought my problems with the stove were because of a poorly drafting chimney?
