Keystoker Factory
Does anyone have any information? I ordered my Koker (TVDV) from the local dealer in late June and was told at the time 4 weeks for delivery.
They have been great to deal with and I am confident that they are giving me the best information they have available to them. It is now going on 12 weeks with no delivery date in sight and I need a heating system in the house. Does anyone know if this manufacturer is keeping up with the orders or is everyone experiencing the same delays????? I will also assume that no dealer has a koker in stock waiting to be purchased?

Keystoker is still manufacturing orders for May, and will not be done with those orders until late November. Then they move on to their June orders, and June was a very busy month.

The dealer is hoping november but I am thinking I will have to get a hand fired one If I want to quit burning oil this year....
Keystoker has been in business a long time. They know how many units they can produce per month. They should of let there dealers know about the long wait time much sooner. At least Harman was up front about the wait time when I tryed to order a boiler. My dealer found out 2 months into a 10-12 week wait on my order.Complete Heat wrote:Keystoker is still manufacturing orders for May, and will not be done with those orders until late November.
