A friend shot a movie with a small cam, but had to mount the cam upside down (don't ask) thinking it'd be easy to rotate it later. Well....it's not easy. Other than something like virtualdub are there any utilz that will rotate a .mpg file?

Unless you have a full blown editor Vdub and/or w/Avisynth is probably your best bet.
How big is the file, I can flip it for you with my editor.
Windows Movie Maker probably has this feature...
I'll look around, there might be a way to do it lossless.
