You can't fool me Terry.....I know you are a good shot & would & would have "taken care of" OBL when you had the opportunity. (It would have been OBL you targeted.........wouldn't it?) :fear:

I just cannot believe Congress would pork up an already painfully large $700b bailout bill. Have they no shame? No regard for the taxpayer? I knew Washington was sick but this is beyond belief, and totally "in your face". Will the people throw the bums out? I doubt it.

I think they should all be thrown out & we should have term limits in the future. 2 terms & then CYA!

Dick, I printed that photo on high quality paper and have it posted here to remind me of why I'm voting for McCain.

Sure ......They give you a warranty....It's the INK they don't give you!!

(seriously...I bought my wife a cheap HP All-In-One printer recently for $10.00 more than a damned ink cartridge would have cost!)

The printer might as well be given away considering the prices of those cartridges. I have a HP all in one, I can usually refill the black cartridge once before it quits working. I think they are made that way so you can't keep refilling them. I used to have a Canon that had a separate print head, the cartridges were cheap, they fit into the print head. When the print head quit...$$$$, and hard to find. But it came with ink cartridges :!:

I once had a HP scanner, most of the time I couldn't get it to work. Bought it new, finally gave it away, tried new software, on the phone with HP, never worked right. I swore never to buy HP again. My wife bought the All-In-One at Wally World without me knowing it. Works great, does everything I want it to do, would recommend it. ;)

What they do is provide ink cartridges with a minimal amount of ink with the new printers. We print so irregularly that it really doesn't effect us though. (Kinda like buying a razor...They make their money on the replacement blades & practically give you the razor itself.)

OFF TOPIC ALERT!!!

There are 2 sets of cartridges available for my HP, one cheaper set (less ink) one costlier set (more ink). Sometimes I can get a set and they throw in a second black cartridge FREE!! Woo Hoo!

Of course all they have to do is stop making the cartridges and guess what?????

The best place I have found to buy ink is Ebay. I buy a years supply of non-oem ink for about $25.00. It works just as good as the originals..

I think I read somewhere that printer ink is about $4000 a gallon the way it is packaged.
And you thought gas was expensive.

I don't use enough ink for it to be a concern but I would be tempted to look into those refillable, after-market cartridges they sell online. Anyone ever try those?
