A wind noise around pipe and stove...how to stop it??

A wind noise around pipe and stove...how to stop it??

Hello,
I have just "fired up" my new Vermont castings coal stove and everything is fine except....I get a whistling noise around where the pipe goes into the rear exit of the stove. The pipe is in as far as it can go into the stove exit.
I did not have this noise with my vermont casting wood stove. Can I pull out the stove, put some stove cement in the exit, and then slide the pipe back into the back of the stove to stop this problem?
I am up for any solution(s) that will stop this noise.

Thanks for your time regarding this matter.
