MEDAL OF HONOR: ED W. FREEMAN

I guess I missed this one. A friend emailed me today with the following info. I thought I would pass this on here.

Medal of Honor Recipient Ed Freeman died Wednesday morning 20 August 2008 at the
age of 80, in Boise , ID ......May God rest his soul.....

For those who don't know Captain Ed Freeman was portrayed by Mark McCracken in the movie "We Were Soldiers Once, and Young".
