I mean seriously, even if Joe is a high ranking Republican Operative with unforseen powers that mere mortals could never possess as you suggest , did Obama speak what he really means or NOT? I don't care if he was/is a Shill, when a common citizen ( I guess that excludes JOE) cannot ask a simple question without being vilified by the press and people working for a campaign then Democracy as we knew it no longer exisits, instead a government OVER the people not BY the people.....and you and your ilk go happlily down the road hand in hand with them.

As far as the dip with made up story.....she needs medical attention while serving a prison stay, but ONLY because she did it on behalf of McCain, had she done it on behalf of Obama, then I don't think we would even be having this disscussion
because they would never seek an investigation and just run with the story at face value.

He meant it when he said that a "real" Joe The Plumber would have been allot better off if Obama's tax plan had been in effect for the last 8 years & that a "real" Joe The Plumber WILL be much better off in the future under an Obama tax plan. The super rich & Exxon-Mobil will actually have to start paying taxes again, while the middle class will finally get a break!

Funny, people Like Joe's employer will not be able to hire more and will trickle down to fewer jobs being created, your retired, you worked for the Federal Government, you would never understand the real world. While Large Companies lost jobs and are losing jobs SMALL business created 60-80% of the new jobs annually. Your boy the Socialist wants to go after the very engine that sustains our country and levy higher taxes on them. So right now it's $250,000..remember the AMT? thae was based on old figures and never updated so it's going hurt squarely on the middle class. I grew up in a time when we all believed things would get better with each new generation, that we Americans were "The Good Guys" in the world that people were all equal & would be treated fairly by their government. In a short 8 years, Bush has managed to:
Make us (middle class Americans) realize that things will probably get worse for us, not better.
We Americans are now viewed in the world as the "Bad Guys, Imperialists, Torturers, Colonialists & Ugly Americans"
That only people born to privilege are due any part of the American Dream

In short.......I don't recognize what my country has been turned into any more.

This is what I remember as well. See I wasn't going around "burning one" back in the day, I was working 2 jobs at 17 plus school. We all learned what it meant to a have a President who was Militarily a Pacifist and the Fact that a bunch colloge kids from Tehran made the US look like a bunch of pussies. It hurt our country like the Double Digit inflation did only from a moral stand point.
My (and all my friends lives) have only improved, the Next round of Jimma Carter is about to be fall us with a product of the Corrupt Chicago political machine.

There is no way our lives are going to improve, all one needs to do is read his platform, 25% reduction in Military, his stance on "so-called" RICH and not to mention his stand on Palestine and Hamas.
